Job Description:
Petron Malaysia is seeking a part-time Office Manager to work from home in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Associate level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in office management. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, energetic, and have strong soft skills in project management and strategic planning.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks 2. Coordinate and manage projects and deadlines 3. Develop and implement office policies and procedures 4. Manage office budget and expenses 5. Provide support to team members and assist with their needs 6. Handle office communication and correspondence 7. Conduct research and gather information for various projects 8. Maintain office supplies and equipment 9. Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new hires and managing employee records 10. Handle office logistics and ensure a smooth workflow
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred 2. 4+ years of experience in office management or related roles 3. Strong project management and strategic planning skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software 6. Ability to work independently and remotely 7. Resourceful problem-solving skills 8. Energetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
