Job description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Online Administrative Assistant to join our team at Hartalega Holdings Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This part-time entry-level position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the online team, including data entry, file management, and correspondence. - Assist in conducting research and project management tasks as needed. - Coordinate and schedule online meetings and events. - Monitor and manage online communication channels, responding to inquiries in a timely manner. - Assist in website maintenance and updates.
