Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Eco World Development Group Berhad is seeking a part-time Online Operations Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of relevant experience in online operations and e-commerce.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain the company's online platforms and websites. 2. Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth online operations, including marketing, sales, and customer service. 3. Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance metrics to optimize user experience. 4. Implement strategies to improve online presence, engagement, and conversion rates. 5. Collaborate with vendors and partners to develop and promote online campaigns and promotions. 6. Assist in the development and execution of online marketing initiatives. 7. Provide timely and accurate reporting on key performance indicators and online sales metrics.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and content management systems. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Proven track record of driving online sales and engagement. 7. Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Driven and independent personality traits. 9. Persuasion and teamwork soft skills.
