Online Operations Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online Operations Associate to join our team at IOI Corporation Berhad in George Town, Penang. As an Online Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various online operations to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our online platforms. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee online operations including website maintenance, order processing, inventory management, and customer support. - Implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of online operations. - Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of online operations with other business functions. - Monitor key performance indicators and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online operations. - Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online campaigns and promotions.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - 4+ years of experience in online operations or e-commerce. - Confident and adaptable personality traits. - Strong teamwork and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-commerce platforms. - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
