Online Operations Associate

Job Description: As an Online Operations Associate at PPB Group Berhad, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and execution of online operations for our company. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our online platforms and maximizing efficiency in our digital processes.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the online operations team to ensure all online platforms are running smoothly - Monitor and maintain inventory levels on online platforms - Assist in the fulfillment of online orders and ensure timely delivery to customers - Manage customer inquiries and issues related to online orders - Analyze data and provide insights to optimize online operations - Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of online processes and systems - Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of online and offline operations

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Hardworking and resilient attitude - Strong innovation and creativity skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online operations - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
