Online Operations Associate

Job Description: As an Online Operations Associate at AirAsia Group Berhad in George Town, Penang, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our online platform. This role is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a driven and independent individual who possesses strong adaptability and research skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing the online platform, ensuring all content is up-to-date and accurate. 2. Monitor website performance and user experience, making recommendations for improvements. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features or updates on the website. 4. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve. 5. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses and support. 6. Assist in analyzing data and generating reports to track key metrics and performance indicators. 7. Support the team in implementing online marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in online operations, e-commerce, or related roles. 3. Strong understanding of online platforms, CMS, and digital marketing tools. 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and web analytics tools. 7. Experience with CRM systems and customer service platforms is a plus.
