Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Online Operations Manager to join our team at IHH Healthcare Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, the ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in online operations management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online operational strategies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in digital platforms. - Oversee the daily operations of the online platform, including website management, content creation, and customer engagement. - Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive online initiatives and achieve business objectives. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the online presence of the company. - Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to support online operations.

Requirements: - Proven track record in online operations management with at least 7 years of experience. - Confident and adaptable personality traits. - Strong cooperation and attention to detail soft skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred). - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Prior experience in healthcare or e-commerce industry is a plus.
