Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

Maxis Berhad is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Operations Manager in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a Mid-to-Senior Level employee with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our online operations.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans to improve online operations - Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement - Manage a team of online operators and coordinate their duties - Ensure smooth day-to-day operations on all online platforms - Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and workflows - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in online operations - Drive innovation and creativity in online strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - 6+ years of experience in online operations or a related role - Strong planning and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of success in managing online operations - Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other online marketing techniques - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
