Online Personal Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Online Personal Assistant to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Online Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our executives and assisting with various online tasks. This is a part-time role at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Managing emails and scheduling appointments - Conducting online research and preparing reports - Assisting with online correspondence and communication - Handling social media accounts and online presence - Coordinating with other team members and departments - Providing general administrative support - Handling online purchases and reservations

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong analytical and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and organization skills - Proficiency in online tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
