Online Personal Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Online Personal Assistant to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a part-time Associate Level position with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing online calendars and schedules - Responding to emails and other online correspondence in a timely manner - Conducting online research and compiling reports - Assisting with online meetings and conferences - Providing online support for various administrative tasks - Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all online communications - Other online duties as assigned

Requirements: - Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills - Excellent online communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in online tools such as Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace - Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in an online environment - Experience with online project management tools is a plus - Must be able to work independently and remotely - Energetic and motivated personality traits
