Online Personal Assistant

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a motivated and confident Online Personal Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As an Online Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing various online tasks for senior executives within the company. This includes scheduling appointments, managing emails, conducting research, and coordinating with other team members. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining digital files, as well as assisting with online communications and presentations.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong project management and time management skills. You must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. In addition, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Personality traits such as confidence and motivation are essential for success in this role. You must be able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Soft skills in project management and time management are also required.
