Online Virtual Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Virtual Assistant to join our team at MYEG Services Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our online operations, ensuring the smooth running of various virtual tasks and projects. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain online calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. 2. Monitor and respond to emails and online inquiries in a timely manner. 3. Assist in creating and updating online content and social media posts. 4. Support the online team in project management, coordinating tasks and deadlines. 5. Conduct online research and compile information as needed. 6. Assist in online customer service and support efforts. 7. Coordinate virtual events and webinars as required. 8. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role. 2. Energetic and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong adaptability and project management skills. 4. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. 5. Proficient in using online tools and platforms. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 7. Familiarity with online marketing and social media platforms. 8. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
