Job Description:

Gamuda Berhad is seeking a dedicated and confident Online Virtual Assistant to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. This is a part-time entry-level position, ideal for those looking to gain experience in a dynamic and innovative company.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide virtual administrative support to the team, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing digital files. 2. Assist with online research and data analysis to support company projects and initiatives. 3. Help with social media management, content creation, and online marketing efforts. 4. Coordinate virtual meetings, webinars, and online events. 5. Handle inquiries and communications from clients, partners, and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner. 6. Assist with other virtual tasks and projects as assigned by the team.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant field. 2. Strong organizational and time management skills. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online collaboration tools. 5. Ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment. 6. Persuasion skills to engage and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. 7. Analytical skills to gather and analyze data for decision-making purposes.
