Online Virtual Assistant

Job Description: QSR Brands is currently seeking a part-time Online Virtual Assistant to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level Online Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our online operations team. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and respond to emails, messages, and inquiries on various online platforms 2. Schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the online operations team 3. Assist with the management of social media accounts and online marketing campaigns 4. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies 5. Help coordinate virtual events, webinars, and online training sessions 6. Assist with the creation and editing of online content, including blog posts, articles, and social media posts 7. Handle basic customer service inquiries and provide support to online customers 8. Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the online operations team

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a related role 2. Resourceful and passionate individual with excellent time management skills 3. Strong communication and organizational skills 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools 6. Creativity and a keen eye for detail 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
