Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Operations Associate to join our team at Sime Darby Berhad. As a part-time Associate Level position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our remote team.

Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating and managing remote team operations - Monitor and track team performance metrics - Communicate with team members to ensure alignment on project goals - Provide support in scheduling meetings and facilitating communication - Handle administrative tasks related to remote operations - Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to remote work

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Resilient and adaptable to changing circumstances - Excellent people management and decision-making skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and remote collaboration tools
