Operations Associate

Job Description:

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in operations management. We are looking for someone who is reliable, resilient, and possesses strong soft skills in strategic planning and negotiation.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, including inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations. 2. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operations processes and improve efficiency. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations across departments. 4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the operations team. 5. Monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement. 6. Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts for operations department. 7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Experience with strategic planning and negotiation.
