Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and passionate Remote Operations Associate to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad. As a Remote Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our remote team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across various departments.

Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating and facilitating remote team meetings and communication. - Conduct research and assist in planning and executing various operational tasks. - Monitor and report on key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. - Support in the implementation of new technologies and tools to improve remote operations.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role. - Strong planning and research skills. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
