Operations Associate

Job Description:

As an Operations Associate at Eco World Development Group Berhad in Johor Bahru, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the company. You will be responsible for assisting in various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the organization. This is a part-time position at an Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating and organizing daily operations - Support management in project planning and execution - Conduct research and analysis to provide insights for decision-making - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures - Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders - Monitor and report on operational performance - Handle administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Independent and hardworking - Demonstrated leadership skills - Innovative mindset - 3 years of relevant experience - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in MS Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
