Operations Associate

Job Description:

British American Tobacco Malaysia is seeking a dedicated and passionate Operations Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and possess strong soft skills in innovation and leadership.

Responsibilities: 1. Support the operations team in daily tasks and projects. 2. Assist in analyzing data to identify efficiencies and improve processes. 3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations. 4. Implement new strategies and initiatives to drive growth. 5. Monitor inventory levels and facilitate restocking when necessary. 6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities. 7. Provide support in logistics and supply chain management. 8. Assist in the development and execution of operational plans. 9. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals. 10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in operations or a similar role. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 7. Experience with data analysis and reporting. 8. Knowledge of supply chain management principles. 9. Detail-oriented and organized. 10. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
