Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Operations Associate to join our team at Axiata Group Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. As an Entry Level position, this role does not require any previous work experience, making it ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in operations.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the company - Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow - Support in creating and implementing operational processes and procedures - Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics - Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and filing - Assist in managing vendor relationships and contracts - Provide support to the Operations Manager as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - People management skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic organization - Must uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity
