Operations Associate

Job Description:

QSR Brands is seeking a dynamic and hardworking Operations Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level role, the Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our organization. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service - Support the operations team in various tasks such as data entry, report generation, and process improvement projects - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of operational tasks - Provide innovative solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the organization - Act as a confident and creative problem solver to address any operational challenges that may arise

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a similar role - Hardworking and confident individual with a strong work ethic - Demonstrated innovation and creativity in previous roles - Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
