Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Remote Operations Associate to join the Hilton team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are seeking individuals who are reliable and dedicated with strong soft skills in creativity and persuasion.
Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of remote operations - Handle customer inquiries and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Work with team members to improve efficiency and productivity - Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations - Provide support to remote team members as needed
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
