Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and confident Operations Manager to join our team at IHH Healthcare Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As a mid-to-senior level position with at least 6 years of experience, the Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all departments.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 2. Manage and coordinate various departments, including facilities management, human resources, finance, and procurement. 3. Monitor key performance indicators and provide strategic leadership to ensure organizational goals are met. 4. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for growth and expansion. 5. Conduct regular evaluations and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 6. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in all operational activities. 7. Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering cooperation and facilitating team development. 8. Oversee budget planning and financial management to ensure cost-effective operations. 9. Handle any operational issues or emergencies that arise, implementing solutions to mitigate risks.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. 2. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare industry. 3. Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a team. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 7. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
