Operations Manager

Job Description:

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a dedicated and motivated Operations Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in operations management.

Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, including production, quality control, and logistics - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure goals are met - Lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance - Maintain a safe and clean work environment for all employees - Communicate effectively with senior management to provide updates on operations - Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in operations management - Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem solve effectively - Demonstrated experience in people management and team leadership - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
