Operations Manager

Job Description:

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a passionate and hardworking Operations Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This role is part-time and requires a seniority level of mid-to-senior, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and performance - Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Oversee daily operations, including production, inventory management, quality control, and logistics - Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards - Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operation

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field - Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Attention to detail and critical thinking skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
