Operations Manager

Job Description:

Westports Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in operations management within the logistics industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the daily operations, including but not limited to staffing, budgeting, and ensuring operational efficiency. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall operation processes and procedures. 3. Monitor the performance of the team and provide guidance and support to ensure goals are met. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication across the organization. 5. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans. 6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in operations management within the logistics industry. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Driven and resilient personality traits. 6. Attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
