Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in operations management.

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage remote operations for Nestlé Malaysia, ensuring smooth and efficient processes - Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth coordination - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 6+ years of experience in operations management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent research and analytical skills - Experience in managing remote teams is a plus
