Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a highly motivated Remote Operations Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a required minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, resilient, have strong critical thinking skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities: - Oversee all remote operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness - Develop and implement strategies to optimize remote operations - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to remote teams - Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards - Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner - Provide leadership and guidance to remote team members

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in operations management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with remote team management is a plus
