Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

QSR Brands is seeking a dedicated and independent Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position, the Remote Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our remote locations.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. 2. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. 3. Coordinate with remote teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. 4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to remote teams. 5. Handle any operational issues that may arise in a timely and effective manner. 6. Work closely with senior management to develop and implement operational policies and procedures. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management. 3. Independent and dedicated with a strong work ethic. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment.
