Operations Manager

Job Description:

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As a key member of the management team, the Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities within the company.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity - Ensure all operational processes are in compliance with company policies and procedures - Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals - Manage and optimize resource allocation to achieve business objectives - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members - Identify and address operational issues in a proactive and timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth

Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management - Proven track record of leading successful operational initiatives - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Adaptable and confident with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
