Operations Manager - Work from home

Gamuda Berhad is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This position allows you to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience while still making a significant impact on the company's operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. 2. Manage day-to-day operations, including overseeing team members, tasks, and deadlines. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication. 5. Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. 6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners. 7. Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the course of operations. 8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our operational processes.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management or a similar role. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Confident and energetic personality traits. 6. Demonstrated ability in people management and cooperation. 7. Proven track record of successful project management. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
