Job Description:
Celcom Axiata Berhad is seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to support our team in Malacca City, Melaka. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the ability to work independently and be resilient in a fast-paced environment. This position is at the Associate Level and will require strong strategic planning skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to senior management team 2. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements 3. Conduct research and prepare presentations 4. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion 5. Assist in the coordination of events and special projects 6. Maintain organized filing systems and digital databases 7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders 8. Other duties as assigned
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree preferred 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role 3. Strong organizational and time management skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 6. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 7. Independent and resilient personality traits 8. Strategic planning skills 9. Teamwork skills
