Personal Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a dedicated and passionate Personal Assistant to work from home in George Town, Penang, MY. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. 2. Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication. 3. Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information. 4. Assist with special projects and research as needed. 5. Handle personal errands and tasks for the executive team as required.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Experience in a similar role preferred but not required. 6. Must have a dedicated and passionate attitude towards work.
