Job Description:
Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Secretary to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who possess excellent organizational skills and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. 2. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as needed. 3. Maintain and organize files, records, and databases in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members. 5. Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department. 6. Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred. 2. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Presentation skills are a plus.
