Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and driven Virtual Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements. 2. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including responding to emails and phone calls. 3. Assist with data entry, file management, and maintaining accurate records. 4. Conduct research and compile information as needed for various projects. 5. Coordinate with external partners and vendors as required. 6. Assist with special projects and provide support to team members as needed. 7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements: 1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. 6. Must be motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment. 7. Demonstrated planning and adaptability skills.
