Remote Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and driven Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team at PPB Group Berhad. This part-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and is at the Associate Level with at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative and clerical support to the team remotely. - Manage and prioritize emails, appointments, and calendars. - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations. - Conduct research on various topics as needed. - Assist in preparing reports and presentations. - Handle confidential information with discretion. - Communicate effectively with team members and external partners. - Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role. - Strong decision-making skills and creativity. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Reliable and able to meet deadlines.
