Virtual Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team at Dialog Group Berhad. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team as needed 2. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and book travel arrangements 3. Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner 4. Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks 5. Conduct research and compile information as requested 6. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information 7. Update and maintain databases and records 8. Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements: 1. Confident and passionate about providing excellent support 2. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite 6. High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace 7. Experience using project management tools is a plus
