Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a dedicated and driven Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time remote position based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Entry Level Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities: - Managing email correspondence and responding to inquiries promptly - Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings - Assisting with data entry and maintaining records - Conducting research on various topics as needed - Providing general administrative support to team members - Handling travel arrangements and expense reports - Assisting with social media management and content creation - Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Strong communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Team player with adaptability to changing priorities - High-speed internet connection and reliable computer equipment - Dedicated and driven work ethic
