Job Description:
Digi.Com Berhad is seeking a Virtual Assistant to work from home in George Town, Penang on a part-time basis. This entry-level position does not require any previous experience and is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, motivated, and possess strong people management and communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to managers and executives - Manage schedules, appointments, and emails - Coordinate travel arrangements and expenses - Organize and maintain files and databases - Assist with project management tasks - Liaise with clients and stakeholders - Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills - Strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Access to a reliable internet connection and computer - Able to work in a fast-paced environment - Available to work part-time hours
