Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Account Support Associate to join our team at British American Tobacco Malaysia. This is a remote work position based in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level role, the Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing support to our account management team in various tasks related to client accounts.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist with account management tasks such as data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining client records. 2. Communicate with clients via email and phone to address any inquiries or concerns. 3. Collaborate with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Monitor account activity and report any issues or trends to the team. 5. Support the team in developing and implementing strategies to increase client engagement and revenue. 6. Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. 7. Other duties as assigned by the account management team.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Highly motivated and resourceful individual. 4. Ability to work independently and cooperatively within a team. 5. Excellent decision-making skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 7. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
