Penerangan Pekerjaan - Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a motivated and resourceful Account Support Manager to join our team remotely from George Town, Penang, MY. As a part-time Account Support Manager at a mid-to-senior level, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for all account-related matters. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. 4. Develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives. 5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track account performance and identify areas for improvement. 6. Prepare and present regular account reviews to clients, highlighting achievements and making recommendations for future strategies. 7. Coordinate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or client services. 3. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 5. Demonstrated cooperation and teamwork skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. 8. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
