Job Description:


MYEG Services Berhad is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for someone with at least 7 years of experience in account management and support roles. The Account Support Manager will work remotely from Malacca City, Melaka, MY, and will report to the company headquarters as needed.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and issues. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and develop solutions to improve overall client satisfaction. 4. Analyze account data and performance metrics to identify trends and make strategic recommendations for improvement. 5. Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key successes and areas for growth. 6. Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and timelines. 7. Manage account budgets and financials to ensure profitability and growth for both the client and the company. 8. Provide training and guidance to junior account support staff as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management or support roles. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions. 5. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 6. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 7. Resourceful and able to think creatively to solve problems. 8. Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.
