Job Description: As an Account Support Manager at S P Setia Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to key accounts in the Johor Bahru region. This role will require you to work remotely, managing relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service - Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals - Develop and maintain account plans to drive growth and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients - Monitor account health and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth - Regularly report on account progress and key metrics to senior management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Dedicated and driven mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer service - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to account management
