Account Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Account Support Officer to join our team at Axiata Group Berhad. This is a remote work position based in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to account managers in managing client accounts - Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services - Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise - Assist in the development and implementation of client strategies - Monitor and track client performance metrics

Requirements: - Adaptable and passionate individual who can thrive in a remote work environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Creativity and project management skills are a plus
