Account Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Malaysia Airlines Berhad is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Support Officer on a part-time remote basis. As an Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our account management team in managing client accounts and resolving customer inquiries. This role is ideal for candidates who are hardworking, driven, and possess excellent people management and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist the account management team in maintaining and developing client relationships - Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses - Update client account information in the company database - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction - Support the account management team in achieving sales targets - Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling - Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented and organized - Proficient in MS Office suite - Ability to learn and adapt quickly - Prior customer service experience is a plus - Must be hardworking, driven, and possess strong people management and cooperation skills
