Penerangan Pekerjaan - Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Account Support Representative to join our team at Padini Holdings Berhad. This is a part-time remote work position based in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels. 2. Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any client issues or inquiries in a timely manner. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to clients. 5. Utilize innovative strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates. 6. Assist in training and mentoring newer team members on best practices for account support. 7. Work closely with the sales team to align account strategies and achieve business objectives. 8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions. 9. Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and revenue targets. 10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve account support processes.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Proven experience in providing account support or customer service. 4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 7. Motivated and resourceful personality traits. 8. Strong soft skills in innovation and people management.
