Job Description:

As an Account Support Specialist at Sapura Energy Berhad, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients in Malacca City, Melaka. This part-time, entry-level position requires a dedicated and hardworking individual who possesses excellent adaptability and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients remotely. 2. Assist with account management tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and billing. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve any account-related issues in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to clients. 6. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and customer experience. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and changes to better assist clients with their needs.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required - entry-level position. 2. Must be hardworking and dedicated to providing top-notch customer service. 3. Excellent adaptability and leadership skills. 4. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and computer for remote work.
