Account Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a dedicated and energetic Account Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing remote support to our accounts based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of account strategies and initiatives - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and insights to management - Participate in virtual meetings and trainings to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders - Proven track record of adaptability and innovation in a remote work environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus - Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
