Call Center Associate - Remote Work

As a Call Center Associate at Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely from your location in George Town, Penang. This part-time position at the associate level requires at least 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution 3. Utilize CRM system to document customer interactions and update information as needed 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Meet or exceed set performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings 6. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction 7. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices

Requirements: 1. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools 5. Adaptable and passionate about providing excellent customer service 6. Strong people management skills and creativity in problem-solving 7. Ability to work independently and remotely 8. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
