Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Maxis Berhad is seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Associate to join our team as a remote worker in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This position is part-time and at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide customer support and resolve inquiries and issues efficiently. 3. Update customer information accurately in the database. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of problems. 5. Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex customer concerns. 6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance goals. 7. Maintain a high level of productivity and call quality standards. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience working in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and demonstrate reliability. 4. Strong attention to detail and ability to innovate solutions. 5. Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively. 6. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. 7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
